Yes, the report holds the next refill and next inspection dates for each item, with the gauge reading and the agent weight.
Does the report replace the civil defence certificate?
No, the report records the inspection and maintenance work and its findings, which helps the site prepare its safety file; certificates and licences are issued by the competent authority under its own requirements, and the site's certificate expiry date can be recorded in the report.
Can each extinguisher be recorded on its own?
Yes, each extinguisher is its own item with a QR code, and the technician picks the items inspected on the visit.
Can I run CCTV alongside fire safety?
Yes, switch both on in Settings, and dispatch suggests the technician with the right skill for each request.
