How do cartridge reminders work?
Water filters have their own reminder interval (four months by default): after it, counted from the last filter visit, the customer gets a WhatsApp reminder with a booking link, and you can stop reminders for any customer.
Can I record TDS?
Yes, the filter report has TDS in and out, water pressure and stages changed.
Can I sell a yearly cartridge contract?
Yes, a contract with visits per year, each raising a work order on time.
Is there an installation warranty?
Yes, a certificate for installation and repair for the period you set.
